Description (partial)

UDLR ARP may be enabled on a receive-only tunnel interface. It should only be set on a send-only tunnel interface. See below configuration for details.
R1(config)#int tun0
R1(config-if)#tunnel udlr address-resolution   
%UDL Tunnel ARP is for transmit-only tunnel interfaces
R1(config-if)#tunnel udlr send-only e1/1
R1(config-if)#tunnel udlr address-resolution 
R1(config-if)#no tunnel udlr send-only e1/1  
R1(config-if)#tunnel udlr receive-only e1/0
R1(config-if)#do sh run | sec Tunnel0

 no ip address
 tunnel udlr receive-only Ethernet1/0
 tunnel udlr address-resolution

Only occurs when a send-only tunnel interface is changed to receive-only.
