Description (partial)

Symptom:
small memory leak may be observed on ipv4_rib when LC is reloaded. Usually about 16-20 bytes


Conditions:
100 dual-stacked L3VPNs (primary path: RT--PE3--PE1--CE , backup path:RT--PE3--PE2--CE ) 
1k VPNv4 prefix and 1k VPNv6 prefix injected into CE from RT2
BGP PIC feature is enabled. Advertise-Best-External is configured on PE2, Additional-path-install is configured on both PE1 and PE3

Action
=====
1) collect initial data via "show mem compare start" and "malloc_dump"

2) reload LC
    a) reload LC on PE1 and sleep 120s
    b) reload LC on PE2 and sleep 660s
    c) collect data via "show mem compare end" and "show mem compare report"
    LOOP

3) collect data via "malloc_dump" if memleak is found in Step 2
4) diff malloc_dump2, malloc_dump1 and decode
