Symptom: When a video call is made from Cisco IP phones set as encrypted audio, the real time monitoring counters for encrypted calls show incorrect value. Conditions: This happens when Cisco VT Advantage phones are involved in a call performing encrypted audio and a shield icon is displayed but the call counter does not show "authenticated" call, but instead shows encrypted call.
