Description (partial)

Symptom:

On completing the autoupgrade, the value for  AutoUpgrade setting is always set back to its default value. Earlier auto upgrade settings are not retained. 

Conditions:

Install 7.1.1.5 and do auto upgrade to 8.0.0.9 (CUCM version which has pplugin version 8.0.0.8.
