Symptom: QM-SANITY code can give warning messages with buffer carve triggered by MTU change or manual buffer recarve (with traffic) and may recarve buffers if available buffers are zero in any pool. Conditions: Buffer carve triggered by MTU change or manual buffer recarve with traffic with qm-sanity enabled on LC.
