Cisco Bug: CSCsz72913 - SBR may not clean up /common/var-connection/spool/ats

Symptom: In some instances, the /common/var-connection/spool/ats directory may not be properly cleaned up after an event where split-brain recovery (SBR) or the sysagent task runs, leading to extra files/directories being present. In severe cases under load, this may result in the system to indicate no space available even though there are plenty of free blocks left on the file system because all inodes will be used up. This is especially an issue if a system is under load and then--still while under load--experiences an outage where SBR runs upon recovery. Conditions: Cisco Unity Connection in a clustered configuration. This issue will only appear if there was some network outage between the publisher and subscriber node. Having a few extra files/directories on the system by itself is not a problem, however if there are situations where there are lots of outages in which SBR runs and lots of files are created (millions), then there is an increased chance that this will take away resources from the rest of the system.
