Description (partial)

Symptom:
The <CmdBold>show platform software ipv6 fp active mfib<noCmdBold> command may leak memory when ipv6 is enabled and cause the fman-rp process in binos to crash when it runs out of memory. This command is also included in the <CmdBold>show tech-support<noCmdBold> and <CmdBold>show platform software tech-support<noCmdBold> commands.

Conditions:
The crash may occur in 12.2(33)XNC while running ipv6 with a large number of routes and running the <CmdBold>show platform software ipv6 fp active mfib<noCmdBold>, <CmdBold>show tech-support<noCmdBold>, or <CmdBold>show platform software tech-support<noCmdBold> commands repeatedly.
