Description (partial)

Symptom:

The ACE is configured for Fault Tolerant (FT).  If the FT VLAN should toggle or flap its possible for the the standby FT ACE to transition to NON REDUNDANT mode 
Conditions:

The ACE is configured for FT and a FT VLAN flap occurs.
