Description (partial)

Symptom:
Packet drops are observed in FP, in the scaling scenarios (8000 concurrent calls) with the FW+PAT configuration. 
FW only or PAT only configuration is not having these packet drops. QFP stats shows NATintoOut and FW L7 lookup drops.
Conditions:
This is observed in Firewall with PAT configuration. These packet drops are observed during the scaling tests with ABACUS.
Firewall with Dyn NAT configuration is fine.
