Cisco Bug: CSCsz68857 - sysdb svr local 'new primary' optimizations should be backed out.
Jan 13, 2017
- Cisco Carrier Routing System
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Management Client registrations go missing on the node where sysdb_svr_local restarted. Also the node is not the same management node as the one which the client is connected via. Result of this could be loss of manageability data (SNMP-MIB/XML) from the nodes where the registrations are missing. Conditions: The process sysdb_svr_local should restart on a DRP/RP after an XML/SNMP agent is connected and is in the middle of a SNMP-WALK kind of operation. Fix affects r38x release. Not any other release prior to r38x and none after such as r39x.
