In the RTSP-Reply packet , there are two URL infor in RTP-Infor field and each URL contains ip address infor. When the RTSP-Reply packet pass through our ASA and the URL length is long, one of these ip address can be translated successfully and another one can not.

When customer change the length of URL to short. The problem go away.


When Inspect rtsp enable and the length of URL in RTSP-Reply packet is long.
