Cisco Bug: CSCsz67416 - vPC primary blocks portchannels after flap if peer-link down
Feb 22, 2014
- Cisco Nexus 7000 Series Switches
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Once peer link goes down, if an up vpc port flaps on primary, it stays down saying peer-link is down. Conditions: Peer-link is shut, and vpc goes down after peer-link on primary, and tries to come back up. Workaround(s): Keep sufficient redundancy in peer-link, multiple members across different LCs, to avoid peer-link down.
