Description (partial)

If the user enters CTRL-Z before the configuration apply operation completes, the 
session to the PPC freezes, and no longer responds to input.

This can happen on the "ipsec" configuration commands. The problem is not observed for SAMI infrastructure commands, e.g. "ip name server".
