Symptom: Called party does not hear the calling party Conditions: This issue is first seen with CUCM 5.1(3) The call flow where this issue occurs is rather complex and has been seen with Genesys integration. H323 --- CUCM -- SIP(1) --- Genesys -- SIP(2) -- CUCM -- SCCP/CTI Agent The Genesys application acts as a callcenter type application which redirects calls to extensions registered with callmanager. Any integration with similar functionality and protocols used may lead to the same.
