Symptom: CTIOS is configured for CCM-Based Silent Monitoring but when monitoring with CAD it attempts to use Desktop Silent Monitoring. Conditions: CCM-Based Silent monitoring work normally The following error is seen in the DirAccessSynSvr*.dbg log file 2009-05-11 15:03:54:206 DEBUG [0x5a8] AgentDeskSettingsSynchronizer::synchronize: failed to connect to CTIOS.
