Cisco Bug: CSCsz63175 - Outlook without MP Plug-In cannot accept MP meeting invitation

Symptom: when user's outlook 2007/2003 receives a MeetingPlace meeting invitation/notification, user opens the item from InBox and outlook prompts user "Form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Please contact your administrator", and user cannot 'Accept' the invitation Conditions: user had MP Outlook plug-in installed and then uninstalled it. After un-install it, user cannot accept some incoming MP meeting invitations, but some are ok. If user never had and still has no MP outlook plug-in installed, user's Outlook 2003/2007 is able to accept MP invitations.
