Problem Details: We are using CAD 7.5.3 and configured a workflow to do a SendIPC using 
UDP to port 12345 on another server. (We had a test UDP server running on it).
When I switch agent states on the CAD agent, it does trigger the SendIPC but seems to get 
the wrong IP address. On WireShark, it shows that the destination ip address is 
incorrectly set as !
