Description (partial)

Symptom: "No line available" displayed when attempting to add a participant to a software conference on CME. 

Conditions: The dn used is an octo dn with all its channels used (8 or max-calls-per-button). There is an available second line which the call should roll over to. This occurs only with software conferences.
