Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a call is placed on hold, an IP phone may continue to transmit
voice packets even though the phone is receiving music on hold.

Conditions:
This problem only occures when the call is routed via a tandem 
Cisco Unified Communications cluster via an IPv4-only SIP trunk
connected at the tandem to an IPv6-only SIP trunk.
