Symptom: Katakana Strings are shown on i-button Help pages when Default User Locale is Japanese and Default User Locale is set to Japanese on all types of Kanji strings supported IP Phones. Conditions: Set Default User locale to Japanese. Set User Locale to None on each Phone Device setting page.
