Description (partial)

Symptom:

PIMG experiences lockups. The PIMG does not respond to ping nor can you access the web interface.

The following alarms were seen:

Alarm Description = SysMonitor Error

Alarm ID 1: 0x92 "Resources (SysMemory) Usage at 90%:9675424"


Alarm Description = Gateway Software Fault

Alarm ID 2: 0x1 "Software Exception in mudl1_t3: pc=3e2084"


This appears to happen if HTTPS is enabled for access to the web interface of PIMG.
