Description (partial)

Symptoms: The Tunnel0 interface used on a DMVPN hub is reporting "Tunnel0 is 
 reset, line protocol is down" or no traffic is passing through this 
 interface anymore.
  
 The IKE and IPSec SAs may still be up, but only the decaps counters will be 
 seen increasing, not the encaps counters. 
  
 Conditions: This symptom is observed on Cisco 2821 routers that are running 
 Cisco IOS Releases 12.4(9)T7 or 12.4(15)T9. Other platforms and releases may 
 be affected.
