Description (partial)

When a user is imported from CUCM or created in UC, if under Caller Input a key is mapped to Call Action > Transfer to Alternate Contact Number, and an extension is predefined in the template, the extension is not applied during import. 

User template specifies Caller Input > (a key is mapped to:) Call Action > Transfer to Alternate Contact Number, and a user is created using that template.
