Description (partial)

Symptom:

IP local pool deployed by CSM 3.2.2 breaks VPN client connectivity.
Conditions:

CSM upgrade from CSM 3.2.1 to 3.2.2 where ip local pool is configured as 192.168.1.16/29. With 3.2.1 this was deployed as 

ip local pool aaa_test_pool_5 192.168.1.16-192.168.1.23.23 netmask 255.255.255.248

In CSM 3.2.2 this is deployed as

ip local pool aaa_test_pool_5 192.168.1.16 netmask 255.255.255.248

which is accepted by the ASA but breaks VPN client connectivity.
