Different responses shown on Unified Contact Center Express AppAdmin page for incorrect login

According to PSB Requirement, the response should be same, whenever login has failed due to any
reason. However, the response generated during the following two events is different
1. Username and password is in-correct
2. Username is correct but password is in-correct
