Description (partial)

Symptom:

ASR1000 drops fragmented packets which are jumbo packets after reassembly. The drop cause is ReassNoFragInfo under the "show platform hard qfp act stat drop" command, and  error messages of %HAL_PKTMEM-2-ALLOC_FAIL and %HAL_PKTMEM-2-ALLOC_FAIL are displayed. The HAL_PKTMEM-2-ALLOC_FAIL  traceback points to frag_info_delete.

Conditions:

ip virtual-reassembly is enabled on interfaces which have mtu configured larger than 4608 and jumbo packets are received.
