Description (partial)

Symptom:

When a Type 5 and Type 7  Default route(LSA) are present in the LSDB,  NSSA ABR installs Type 7 Default route in the RIB instead of the Type 5. 

Conditions:

- Seen on Nexus running 4.1.5
- Seen when default route is learnt on ABR from NSSA area
- Seen when default route is learnt on ABR as Type 5 LSA over the backbone.
