Cisco Bug: CSCsz51768 - CM: FAC doesn't get invoked for SNR call to Remote Destination
Jul 06, 2017
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: CM 6.x and 7.x F&S Guide should mention in the Restrictions for Mobile Connect that FAC (Forced Authorization Code) doesn't get invoked on the CallManager for a SNR call to the Remote Destination. The current guide mentions in the Restrictions section for Mobile Connect : The Forced Authorization Code and Client Matter Code (FAC/CMC) feature does not work with Mobile Voice Access. The F&S guide should also mention that FAC doesn't get invoked for SNR call to the Remote Destination Conditions: IP phone configured for SNR to remote destination and will use a Route Pattern having Forced Authorization Code enabled on it, to reach the Remote Destination. However, when a call comes into the IP phone, FAC is not triggered when the call is extended over to the Remote Destination.
