Symptom:

	Errors when user try to schedule continious meeting with recording

Conditions:

Login on web as SysManager user with MT settings:

Able to record meeting = yes
Record Meetings = Yes
Auto Start recording = No

scenario 1

Try to schedule continuos meeting.

Error appears

ERROR! The following error(s) occurred during the last operation:

    * Error:[5233] Recording of continuous meeting is not allowed. Please disable recording before scheduling a continuous meeting.
    * Error:[22640] The MeetingPlace cannot accept the scheduling information because there was an error: 5233.

Go to More Options page, all settings are locked

Go to More Optins page, set Reserve Space for recording to No

Set Recurenece to Continuous
Try to schedule, same error, but sometimes you can not go even to More Optons page

Try to schedule Continous meeting, same errors appear as mentioned, and you can not go More Options page
