Symptom:

Issues with custom prompt recording and configuration from VUI.

When logged in with a System Manager profile in the VUI on a MP 7.x deployment, one is able to press option 9 to record and configure custom prompts.  

Normal behavior would be to record and use custom prompts and be able to remove them and go back to the default prompts.

Instead the following is happening.

I go to record a customer prompt for example custom prompt # 180 which is "Welcome to MeetingPlace".  After I record it and enter the command over the phone to use it, it says, "The prompt you selected is unavailable" however it does get used and is played the next time you hear the prompt.  When I go to review this prompt it states a custom prompt has not been recorded and I have to record another one it works, however may decide to delete it and use the original and it says again that "The custom prompt you selected is unavailable"  

Conditions:
