The MAC address format used in wired client search field is case sensitive, which is shouldn't be.  Also, if there's a space being added in front of the MAC address, the search is going to fail.


Wired Client Search in 'Service > Mobility Services > Context Aware Service > Wired > Wired Clients - Search for MAC address.
