Description (partial)

Symptoms: Device crashes with a segmentation violation (SegV) exception.


Conditions: Occurs when the <CmdBold>connect <noCmdBold><CmdArg>target_ip<noCmdArg><CmdBold> [login|513] /terminal-
type<noCmdBold> <CmdArg>value<noCmdArg> command  is entered with a large input parameter 
to the <CmdArg>terminal-type<noCmdArg> argument such as the following:

router><CmdBold>connect 192.168.0.1 login /terminal-type aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa <noCmdBold>
