Symptom: SSM session throwing "System Error" or "Service Unavailable" Conditions: SSM instead of consistently providing msg of " Your user session has expired. Click here to relogin to Cisco Unified Service Statistics Manager. " Will throw "System error!! Please contact Admin or try again later..." Also seen randomly when navigating SSM UI, ie; when attempting to generate long term reports.
