Known Affected Releases
Symptom: SIP phones do not provide CMR data or call diagnostics. Conditions: In CM5.0(1)-7.0(2) it is necessary to set the CM service parameter "Call Diagnostics Enabled" and set "Call Stats" enabled on SIP profile to enable CMR across all devices in the cluster.
