Symptom: On a standalone system that is set up to import users via AXL, all imported users appear as users without a mailbox even if a mailbox template is chosen. If you delete a user, you cannot import them again without running the CLI cleanup command. This is probably a side effect of them being imported without mailboxes. If you create the CUC user from the CCM side, they can be created with a mailbox and be deleted properly. Conditions: This can occur in Cisco Unity Connection 7.1(2) when a standalone system is AXL integrated with a Cisco Call Manager.
