Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When Agent logsout of CAD, the status bar reflects "NoService" while Chat ting is still possible. Double clicking this "NoService" pops up <CmdBold>"No functionality will be available until the agent has successfully logged in"</CmdBold> Conditions: CAD 7.5(3) and earlier versions. Agent should logout of CAD.
