Description (partial)

Symptom:

Abort a DVO call before it completes.
Conditions:
 This dial-via-office error appears to occur when the call is disconnected prior to answer from the device initiating the call, or before call connects to voicemail.  Example:  Call placed from 1 (mobility1) to i (mobilit2).  Call rings to mobility2 desk phone , then to CUMC device mobility2.  Call is disconnected from mobility 1  before the call goes to vm.  

Error observed is

Dial via  office error:  "Unified Mobile  Communicator:  Dial via Office  encountered an error (SIP 1907, Server Internal Error).  If the problem persists, please  contact your system administrator
