Cisco Bug: CSCsz43527 - FP Memory Leak with Per-User ACLs
Mar 29, 2010
- Cisco ASR 1000 Series Aggregation Services Routers
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: FP memory leak is observed in the ACL block with PPP session churn. Each PPP session has a per-user ACL defined in the Radius profile. Conditions: The issue was seen with PPPoE sessions terminated on PTA. To see the problem, configure 6000 PPPoE sessions with 2000 Template ACLs and 10 ACEs/ACL. Disconnect the sessions and check the FP ACL memory usage using the command: "show platform software memory forwarding-manager fp active".
