Description (partial)

Symptom:

APS does not switch back to protect when we follow the below sequence of steps:

Steps:
 
1) Inject B1 errors (1E-4) on Protect
2) Inject B2 errors (1E-6) on Work
3) APS force switch to work, from ADM
4) APS clear force on ADM
5) APS doesnot switch back to Protect

Also tx request will be NULL even if we apply aps force command.

Conditions:
When we follow the above sequence of steps we wil hit this issue.
