Symptom: Call getting stalled for the RT phone(Shared Line Scenario) Conditions: In a transfer scenario, If controller is a shared line then after making the consult call then the primary call is locked (auto-selected) by transfer feature on the other shared line(s) and appears as held-RIU call. At this stage, there will be only one activeCCNCall on connection for that shared line in primary call. Now, if application sets requestController as controller and issues disconnect on its connection in primary call then since there was only one active ccnCall on its connection so JTAPI expects the connection to be dropped but what happens actually is that the locked call(s) on other shared line(s) is/are unselected and become active held instead of getting disconnected and connection is not dropped which causes post condition exception in JTAPI.
