Cisco Bug: CSCsz42630 - "Dummy Device name" checkbox is not working for Cisco IP communicators.

Symptom: In the bat excel sheet and under the tab "Phones" , there is a radio button for inserting Cisco IP Communicator (CIPC) Phones. The checkbox for selecting "Dummy Device name" is not working. It says "Device name cannot be blank" even when the checkbox is selected. Conditions: 1) Open the bat excel sheet. 2) Move to the tab for "Phones" 3) Select the radio button corresponding to Cisco IP Communicator Phones. 4) Fill the "Description" column with some value and select the checkbox for "Dummy Device name". 5) Click on "Export to BAT Format" It should export the file as the dummy option is selected, but it shows error that Device name cannot be blank. Same behaviour can be seen in "Phones-Users" tab.
