Description (partial)

Symptom:
SIP Stack Subscriber Control Blocks allocation keeps increasing during steady Load call traffic mix of SIP calls intra-cluster, inter-cluster over SIP Trunk, and SCCP IPv6 inter-cluster over IPv6 SIP Trunks.
After all calls ended and endpoints de-registered, we see a few hundred SCB still allocated on several active Subscribers.
Conditions:
Steady call traffic mix of SIP calls intra-cluster, inter-cluster over SIP Trunk, and SCCP IPv6 inter-cluster over IPv6 SIP Trunks.
