Description (partial)

Symptom:  When NAT traffic is sent across the network, the packet size is set to increment - 64 to 1518 bytes, there are traffic losses seen when the rate is increased beyond 11%.

Conditions: There are 9 active translations occuring in the ME-6524 platform. The traffic is sent continuously between the ixia send and receive ports and the 6524 does the NAT translation.  CPU utilization is below 10%.  No other background traffic is going through the network.  The link is a GIG link.
