Description (partial)

Symptom:
   In Cat6500, Sup720 engine or DFC-enabled modules may get reset 
   when deleting a MET set.
 
   Error Messages for a DFC-enabled Module:
   %MLSM-6-LC_SCP_FAILURE: NMP encountered internal communication
   failure for (S,G), flow will be software switched
   where, S -> Source of the Multicast stream
          G -> Multicast group address

   Conditions:
   This issue is seen mostly after a Switchover but there are other situations
(triggers unknown) that led to a MET set getting deleted.
