Last Modified

Nov 03, 2012

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

8.0(0.30330.161)

Description (partial)

Symptom:

1) Deleted the ViPR SIP Trunk in Cluster 1 which was earlier used for the Route creation.
2) Re-Added another ViPR Trunk with the exact same name and provisioning as the one which was deleted in Step 1.
3) Make a call from Phone B1 to Phone A1.

Condition:

1) The ViPR call is attempted and it deletes the Route that was created earlier.
2) The call falls back to the PSTN Trunk (H323 Non Gatekeeper Controlled ICT Trunk) again and VCR Upload is happened. The Learned Route is again Updated with the same DN Of Phone A1.
3) The most important thing is that during this fall back I could see "Forwarded To Phone B1 DN" on the Phone Display of Phone A1.
