Cisco Bug: CSCsz38160 - Email IDs mapped to CSQs are case sensitive

Symptom: Mails sent to an email which has a different case from that of the one configured in the WebAdmin, will be routed to the "Peding Delete/Not Routable" folder on the IMAP server. So, the Agent will not recieve the mails sent. Conditions: 7.0(1), 7.0(1)SR1, SR2 versions. Configured mail-ID in the WebAdmin and, the mail-ID to which an outbound mail is sent or mail ID as seen in the Exchange Server should be different.
