Symptom: When Active Directory / LDAP end user being super user uses RTMT, AXLDB and SOAP interface then on an upgrade the access will fail with due to CSCsy95139 fix. Conditions: There was recent defect resolved to solve following issue with End User. Issue: User account is locked in Active Directory after the 1st unsuccessful attempt to log on to the CCMuser web page. CCM is sending 3 bindRequest for the same user in few milliseconds during LDAP authentication for a single attempt Defect: CSCsy95139 There is new return code added in IMS "IMSresultCodes.AUTH_LDAP_NON_LOGIN" is handled by Form Based Authentication. But not handled by Basic Authentication Valve.
