Symptom: There is some ambiguity and which needs to be clarified in the docs if VM support for ICD extension (Yes, No, or Yes with certain caveats). Conditions: If the timer in the select resource step expires before call is forwarded to VM on agent device, there should be no issues configuring VM for ICD extension. However, if the call at agent's device is forwarded to VM before timer in select resource step expires, it may lead to issues as CCX may think the call was answered by agent instead of VM.
