Description (partial)

Symptom:

A server or cluster is built up with DHCP enabled and DHCP server is operational.
If the DHCP server is disabled or unreachable, while the server boots up, a message is displayed on booting up.
It states:
Screen displays: 
Network verification failed.

Interface eth0 does not have an IP address assigned. 

Please check the status of your DHCP server. A reattempt will be 

made every 5 minutes until successful.

The message is incorrect. 
Conditions:

A server or cluster is built up with DHCP enabled and DHCP server is operational.
If the DHCP server is disabled or unreachable, while the server boots up, a message is displayed on booting up.
