Symptom:

A Cisco IOS router running Embedded Event Manager (EEM) version 2.4 or later may experience 
a memory leak when the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Event Detector (ED) is used.

Conditions:

This occurs if the number of list items in the argument list in the XML data is greater than the 
maximum allowed.
